The Howe Library has three meeting rooms available for public use.

- Please Note: These meeting rooms, on the lower level, are distinct from our two study rooms on the upper level that are intended for use by 1-3 people. To book a study room, call 643-4120 or email circulation@thehowe.org.
Our meeting rooms are available for use by nonprofits and by community groups whose meetings are free and open to the public. Read more about the meeting rooms and our policy for their use here.

To reserve our public Meeting Owl, Screech, to conduct a hybrid meeting, email reference@thehowe.org. If training is needed, please arrange for it in advance of the day of your meeting.
Mayer Room![]() | The Mayer Room is a multi-use room with a seating capacity of up to 80 people. It offers wifi, a wall-mounted monitor with HDMI connection, a Roland digital piano, and a speaker’s podium. It also features a kitchen that is available for use during your meeting. The Mayer Room has a sophisticated Zoom Room AV installation with built-in cameras and microphones. This system requires prior training. Murray Room![]() | The Murray Room is a conference room with a seating capacity of up to 20 people. It offers wifi, two mirroring wall monitors with HDMI connection, a simple Zoom Room AV installation with a camera and microphones, and a glass dry-erase board. Book the Murray Room here. |
