Shakespeare Unrehearsed!

Shakespeare at The Howe

‘We are such stuff / As dreams are made on, and our little life / Is rounded with a sleep.’

The Tempest

Do you love language?  Enjoy the thought of communing with others around great works of art?  Join us for Shakespeare Unrehearsed!  We meet by Zoom every month, distribute parts, and read our way through Shakespeare’s plays out loud together.

All are welcome!  No prior experience or participation is required.   This will be a comfortable environment as we stumble joyously together through magnificent prose and some ripping good stories–to say nothing of traversing the heights and depths of the human experience.

We meet on the first Sunday of the month, by Zoom. For more information or a Zoom invitation email Jared Jenisch at jared.jenisch@thehowe.org.

If you aren’t able to get a copy of the play from your local library, it can be found online in many places.  A few possibilities are:
