Howe Library is closed until further notice. If would like to register for a library card to use our online resources or have questions about your account, please e-mail circulation@thehowe.org.
Library cards provide borrowing privileges at the Howe and Etna Libraries.
Library cards should be presented at the time of checkout.
- Library cards are available at no charge for:
• Hanover residents & taxpayers
• Dartmouth Students
• Dresden students, teachers and staff
• Hanover businesses & nonprofits (some restrictions apply)
Non-resident cards (see our non-resident fee policy)
$140.00 per year for an individual or family
$ 60.00 for three months for an individual or family
$ 95.00 per year for senior citizens
