Learn how to use the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router to create custom parts, signs, and more at the Howe Community Makerspace.

The CNC router can precisely cut wood or other materials from a 2D or 3D CAD design. Learn how to design with VCarve and send your design to our ShopBot Desktop CNC machine, change tools, and zero the machine to produce a custom part. No prior woodworking experience is required. Once you are trained on the machine you will be able to download free software to design your own parts to cut at the Makerspace. Registration required, space is limited. Sign up at the Information Desk or email rachel.donegan@thehowe.org to register.
