Meet one of the favorite tools of makers everywhere and find out how you can make amazing things from wood, stone, acrylic, cardboard, leather, and felt.

Everyone will go home with a completed project that illustrates the capabilities of this versatile machine. You will be introduced to Inkscape, a free 2D program that creates SVG cut files. Participants should bring a Mac or PC laptop or arrange to borrow one from the library prior to the workshop. No prior experience is required, but basic computer literacy is assumed. Limited to 6 participants, ages 16 and up. Sign up at Reference Desk or email 6 pm to 8 pm. Completion of this workshop is a required step toward independent use of Studio H equipment.
